Introduction
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, website use, and support interactions with Unicore PCs.
- If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.
Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are offers to buy; we may accept or reject at our sole discretion.
- Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not final acceptance.
- We may cancel and refund for pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud, or compliance issues.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are shown in local currency and may change without prior notice until acceptance.
- Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout.
- Promotions and coupon codes are time-limited and non-transferable.
Payment
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- You authorize us to charge the order total at purchase or shipment.
- Installment/financing (if offered) is provided under third-party terms.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated ship dates are not guarantees; delays can occur.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup or delivery per local terms.
- Please inspect packages on delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours.
Custom Builds
- Component selections depend on compatibility and availability.
- If parts are unavailable, we may propose equivalent or better alternatives with your approval.
- Build photos are illustrative; actual layouts may vary.
Testing & Benchmarks
- All systems undergo thermal and stability checks; logs available on request.
- Benchmark numbers are approximate and vary by title, settings, drivers, and environment.
Returns & Cancellations
- Prebuilt PCs: return within 14 days of delivery in original condition; restocking fees may apply.
- Custom PCs: returns are limited to warranty service; cancellations after assembly may incur fees.
- To start a return, contact support@unicorepcs.com with your order number.
Warranty
- Hardware warranty: 3 years parts and labor against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, modification, liquid damage, and normal wear.
- Third-party components may carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Support & RMA
- Contact support for diagnostics before RMA approval and return instructions.
- Under warranty, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Software & Licenses
- Operating systems and applications are licensed under their respective EULAs.
- You are responsible for license compliance and backing up your data.
User Data & Privacy
- We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
- Do not share sensitive credentials; we will never ask for your passwords.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, trademarks, and images belong to or are licensed by Unicore PCs.
- You may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
- No abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful use of our site or services.
- We may suspend or restrict access for suspected violations.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the product or service at issue.
Export & Compliance
- Products may be subject to export controls; you agree to comply with applicable laws.
- We do not sell to sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
- Courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
