Yes. Each prebuilt PC can be customized with different hardware options (RAM, GPU, storage, etc.). Prices will update dynamically as you choose upgrades.

Absolutely. Our Custom PC Builder lets you select every component, from CPU and GPU to case and power supply. The configurator shows live pricing updates and compatibility.

We carry genuine software, including Microsoft Office (2021/2024), Windows 11, and QuickBooks 2024. Products are available in digital, USB, or DVD formats. Note: Software stock is limited and offered on a while-supplies-last basis.

Yes. We provide authentic software licenses and keys. However, some products are clearance items and may be offered until stock runs out.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days within the USA.

• Prebuilt PCs: Standard 1-year limited hardware warranty.
  
• Custom PCs: Warranty covers all components assembled by us, plus manufacturer warranties for parts.
  
• Software: No warranty; sold “as is.”
