Warranty & Returns

At Unicore PCs, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our warranty coverage and return guidelines.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Prebuilt PCs: Covered by a standard

3. What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage (drops, spills, misuse).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, overclocking, or third-party repairs.
  • Issues arising from software conflicts, viruses, or customer-installed applications.
  • Digital products (software downloads, license keys, USB/DVD media) once delivered or activated.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Prebuilt & Custom PCs: Eligible for return within

  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Unicore PCs is not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or incompatibility issues beyond the scope of our hardware warranty.
  • We strongly recommend backing up all data before sending in any device for service or return.
